キオクシアとサンディスク、4.8Gb/秒のNANDインターフェーススピードを実現する次世代の3次元フラッシュメモリ技術を発表

第10世代3次元フラッシュメモリは高性能、低消費電力、高密度の実現へ

ISSCC2025で発表する新しい3次元フラッシュメモリ技術は、両社の革新的なCBA（CMOS directly Bonded to Array）*¹ 技術とともに、最新のToggle DDR6.0 インターフェースを新たに導入し、新たなコマンドアドレス入力手法であるSCAプロトコル*² や、さらなる消費電力の低減に有効なPI-LTT*³ 技術を活用しています。

この高速化技術によって、新しい3次元フラッシュメモリは、現在量産中の第8世代3次元フラッシュメモリと比較してNANDインターフェース速度は33%の向上となる4.8Gb/秒を実現しました。またデータ入出力の電力効率を、入力時に10%、出力時に34%改善し、低消費電力と高性能が両立しています。これらの技術を導入する第10世代3次元フラッシュメモリは、積層数を332層に増やし、フロアプランの最適化による平面方向の高密度化をすることで、ビット密度が59%向上します。
