サンディスクは本日、ストレージ容量、パフォーマンス、電力効率を格段に向上させる大容量256TB¹NVMe(TM)エンタープライズSSDを披露しました。これはサンディスクの新しいエンタープライズ向けUltraQLC(TM)プラットフォームにより実現されました。大容量を実現するUltraQLC(TM)プラットフォームは、NAND アーキテクチャにおける重要な成果を示しており、BiCS8 QLC CBA NAND、カスタムコントローラー、そして高度なシステム最適化を組みあわせて構築されています。

SANDISK(R)SN670 128TB¹ NVMe(TM) SSDとSANDISK(R)UltraQLC(TM) 256TB¹ NVMe(TM) SSDは、2026年前半にU.2フォームファクタで提供開始され、同年後半に追加のフォームファクタが発売される予定です。
