Vision Incubate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kakuma-machi, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, President & CEO: Kunio Matsumoto; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it executed an investment in CORE Biomedicine, Inc. (Headquarters: Massachusetts, USA, CEO: Ping Zhu; hereinafter referred to as “CORE Biomedicine”) in August 2025.

CORE Biomedicine, Inc. is a biotech venture developing innovative therapeutic approaches for patients with luminal-type cancers such as bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer, where conventional surgery and chemotherapy have proven insufficiently effective.
Our Company highly values CORE Biomedicine’s outstanding scientific expertise and advanced pipeline, which led to this investment. Going forward, we will work in collaboration with our co-investors to actively support the company’s growth and business development.
