本提携により、ジェヌインR&Dが展開する高機能化粧品ブランド「GenuineBeauty」を中国市場で本格展開いたします。
- 素材（天然ヒト型セラミドなど）は、ジェヌインR&Dから住商コスメティクス社を通じて提供。- 製剤・技術は、ジェヌインR&Dが直接提供。- ブランド展開はGREAT BEAUTY社（遠大集団）が担い、住商コスメティクス社および広州住友商事有限公司が事業推進を支援します。

(Headquarters: Fukuoka Okinawa Prefecture; President: Masakatsu Miyanabe; hereinafter “Genuine R&D”) announced on August 26, 2025, the signing of a strategic sales partnership agreement with China's major beauty-related company Great Beauty company (Yuanda Group), Summit Cosmetics Corporation and Sumitomo Corporation (Guangzhou)Ltd.
Through this partnership, Genuine R&D will fully launch its high-performance cosmetics brand “GenuineBeauty” in the Chinese market.
