▪️日本流の節約を第一にIPP事業と天然ガス、石油開発を提案
一般に天然ガス・石油開発には莫大な資本が必要ですが、これらの資本調達を私たちは現況のバンサモロ自治区の経済状況を調査・検証し電力消費に着目しました。新たな投資を募ることを第一に考えるのではなく、まずは、過剰な電力関連支出を削減することによって生じた余剰を投資資金に回すことで、天然ガス、石油の開発を実現をすることが可能となります。

▪️法律顧問団等を構成
フィリピンにおいて約２０名の弁護士、約５名の公認会計士による法律顧問団を構成し本プロジェクトの合法性の確認に着手しました。また、同時に各種必要手続きを進めてまいります。

▪️Prioritizing Japanese-style cost-saving measures, we propose IPP projects and natural gas and oil development
Generally, natural gas and oil development require enormous capital, but instead of focusing solely on raising new investments, we investigated and analyzed the current economic situation of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region and focused on electricity consumption. By first reducing excessive electricity-related expenditures and allocating the resulting surplus to investment funds, it becomes possible to realize the development of natural gas and oil resources.

▪️Formation of legal advisory group
In the Philippines, we have assembled a legal advisory team consisting of approximately 20 lawyers and 5 certified public accountants to begin verifying the legality of this project. We will also proceed with various necessary procedures simultaneously.
