CPAエクセレントパートナーズ株式会社（以下「当社」）は、グローバル事業の統括拠点として、シンガポール共和国に現地法人 CPA Excellent Partners Singapore Pte. Ltd. を設立いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。
本法人は、当社グループの海外事業を推進するハブ拠点として設立されました。
今後、インドやフィリピンなどアジア地域を中心とした企業への出資やM&Aの実行を含めた海外事業の統括機能を担う中間持株会社としての役割を果たすとともに、各国におけるビジネス開発および市場調査を推進してまいります。
また、U.S.CPAやUS-CMAなどの国際資格取得講座事業の海外展開の起点としての役割を担うとともに、会計ファイナンス分野における人材プラットフォームのグローバル展開を推進してまいります。今後はアジア地域のみならず、米国市場への事業展開も視野に入れながら、カナダ、オーストラリア、UAEなどにおける会計ファイナンス人材のグローバルキャリア形成の支援にも取り組んでいく予定です。
なお、本法人は2025年9月9日に登記され、2026年1月より居住ディレクターを配置し、本格的な運営を開始しております。
当社グループは今後も、「会計ファイナンス人材に貢献するインフラ企業になる」というビジョンのもと、グローバルで活躍する会計ファイナンス人材の育成と活躍機会の創出に取り組んでまいります。

スニル・デシュムク氏は、世界150カ国以上に14万人以上の会員を擁する世界最大級の会計団体、米国管理会計士協会（IMA）の2024-25年度グローバル理事会議長を務める、管理会計界のトップリーダーです。長年にわたり、企業の意思決定を支える管理会計の普及と、プロフェッショナルの育成に尽力してきました。現在は、複数の企業の社外取締役およびアドバイザーを務めています。

CPA Excellent Partners Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “CPA”) is pleased to announce the establishment of CPA Excellent Partners Singapore Pte. Ltd., a local subsidiary in the Republic of Singapore, to serve as a hub for managing our global operations.
This subsidiary was established to serve as a hub for advancing CPA Group’s overseas operations. Moving forward, it will function as an intermediate holding company responsible for overseeing overseas operations - including investments in and M&A transactions with companies primarily in the Asian region, such as India and the Philippines - while also promoting business development and market research in other regions.
Furthermore, this company will serve as a starting point for the overseas expansion of our training programs for international certifications such as the U.S. CPA and US-CMA, while also promoting the global expansion of our talent platform in the accounting and finance fields. Moving forward, we plan to support the development of global careers for accounting and finance professionals in countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UAE, with an eye toward expanding our business not only in the Asian region but also into the U.S. market.
The corporation was registered on September 9th, 2025, and began full-scale operations in January 2026 with the appointment of a resident director.
Moving forward, our group will continue to strive to cultivate accounting and finance professionals who can thrive globally and create opportunities for their success, guided by our vision to “become an infrastructure company that contributes to accounting and finance professionals.”

For many years, he has been dedicated to promoting management accounting - which supports corporate decision-making - and developing professionals in the field. He currently serves as an outside director and advisor to several companies.
