Clean Planet Inc. (Head Office: Tokyo; Representative Director: Hideki Yoshino) hereby announces the launch of a new management and R&D structure that brings together world-leading theoretical physics and world-class management strategy, with the aim of further accelerating the commercialization, advancement, and industrialization of Quantum Hydrogen Energy (QHe).
As part of this initiative, the following appointments have been made:

Scientific Advisor: Professor Yasunori Nomura
Professor Nomura will help bridge world-leading theoretical physics and the practical engineering of QHe.
Drawing on his expertise in quantum gravity, quantum information, and particle physics, he will deepen the theoretical understanding of QHe’s heat-generation mechanism and feed those insights back into R&D, including materials design, device design, and performance enhancement, thereby further accelerating technological development.
In addition to providing strong scientific support for the commercialization efforts already under way, Professor Nomura will lead the development of a scientific and technological foundation that enables the continuous evolution of QHe, with a view to higher performance, greater efficiency, lower costs, and the creation of next- and future-generation products.
Chief Strategy Advisor: Junji Tanaka
Mr. Tanaka will lead the development of the management platform and growth strategy required to bring QHe to the world.
Following roles at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities, The Carlyle Group, and the Regional Economy Vitalization Corporation of Japan, he served as Director and CFO of Sansan, Inc. and as an Executive Officer of Visional, Inc. He brings extensive experience in driving corporate value creation, capital strategy, IPOs, M&A, and global business strategy.
Leveraging this expertise, he will advance QHe’s business and capital strategies, global expansion, and strategic partnerships, while strongly supporting Clean Planet’s sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value.
