株式会社eiicon（本社：東京都港区虎ノ門、代表取締役社長：中村亜由子、以下 eiicon）が運営する日本最大級のオープンイノベーションプラットフォーム「AUBA（アウバ）」は、2026年9月11日（金）、ともにeiiconが運営する海外企業向けオープンイノベーションプラットフォーム「AUBA Global」の企業ネットワークをAUBA上で活用できる機会の提供を開始しました。
今回の連携により、AUBAに登録する日本企業とAUBA Globalに登録する海外企業が、それぞれのプラットフォームを横断してパートナー候補企業を検索・閲覧し、共創に向けたアプローチを行うことが可能となります。
日本企業にとって、これまで国内だけでは出会うことが難しかった海外企業の技術・サービス・知見にアクセスし、新たな事業創出や海外展開につなげる機会が広がります。
また、AUBA Globalに登録する海外企業からもAUBAの日本企業へアプローチできるようになり、国内外の企業が双方から共創パートナーを探索できる環境を実現します。

AUBAは2017年のサービス開始以来、大企業、中堅・中小企業、スタートアップ、自治体、大学・研究機関など、幅広いプレイヤーの共創を支援してきました。2026年7月には累計登録企業数が40,000社を突破し、サービス開始以来10万件以上の企業マッチングを創出しています。
一方、海外企業向けオープンイノベーションプラットフォーム「AUBA Global」は、海外企業・団体と日本企業との国境を越えた共創を促進するプラットフォームとして、海外企業・団体の日本企業へのアプローチや、海外企業・団体が実施する共創プログラムの運営・管理などを推進してまいりました。現在は、東南アジア・韓国をはじめとする海外企業と日本企業の共創を支援しており、2026年8月には、韓国・成均館大学校（SKKU）発のディープテックスタートアップ7社と日本企業をつなぐ「SKKU Global Business Connect 2026」なども展開しています。

"AUBA Global," an open innovation platform for overseas companies operated by eiicon Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ayuko Nakamura; hereinafter "eiicon"), launched a new feature on Friday, September 11, 2026, enabling access to the corporate network of "AUBA," Japan's largest open innovation platform.
With this launch, overseas companies registered on AUBA Global can now view information on more than 40,000 Japanese companies registered on AUBA and approach those with potential for co-creation with their own technologies, services, or assets. Japanese companies registered on AUBA can likewise approach overseas companies registered on AUBA Global, realizing an environment where domestic and international companies that previously had difficulty connecting can now explore co-creation partners from both sides.
■ A New Feature Expanding Access to Over 40,000 Japanese Companies
In Japan, there are many companies that possess advanced technological capabilities and unique know-how but have not yet expanded into overseas markets or partnered with overseas companies.
On the other hand, overseas companies have opportunities to access the technologies, products, and know-how of Japanese companies and combine them with their own businesses to create new value, but they face various hurdles in finding co-creation partners and establishing contact.
With this new feature, overseas companies can directly approach Japanese companies registered on AUBA via AUBA Global, creating encounters not only with companies that have already expanded overseas but also with companies that have honed unique technologies and services while remaining domestic.
For Japanese companies as well, it becomes possible to explore new co-creation possibilities, such as the advanced technologies, unique services, and insights cultivated in overseas markets that overseas companies possess.
Going beyond the distinction of "being an overseas company" or "being a Japanese company," the aim is to create new businesses and markets by combining the technologies, knowledge, and assets each side possesses.

Aiming for 200 Registered Companies: Toward Co-Creation Infrastructure Connecting "Japan and the World"
■ AUBA Global
AUBA Global is a platform that promotes cross-border co-creation between overseas companies/organizations and Japanese companies. It facilitates approaches by overseas companies/organizations to Japanese companies, as well as the operation and management of co-creation programs run by overseas companies/organizations. It currently supports co-creation between Japanese companies and overseas companies in regions including Southeast Asia and South Korea.
In August 2026, eiicon also held "SKKU Global Business Connect 2026," an open innovation program connecting seven deep-tech startups from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in South Korea with Japanese companies.
Going forward, AUBA Global aims to further expand overseas company registrations and build a network that brings together technologies, services, and insights from around the world. As a first step, it is targeting 200 registered companies, and will continue creating an environment where Japanese and overseas companies can generate new businesses and value by leveraging each other's strengths.
eiicon will continue to expand an environment where AUBA's domestic network and AUBA Global's overseas network can be utilized in an integrated manner, further broadening opportunities for domestic and international companies to meet across borders and generate co-creation.
